Rock Creek Finance was started in 2018 by Jim Westgate and Justin Allbright to be a finance company serving consumers in Michigan. Our family connection and the assets we have gained during our lives have enabled us to work together to start a company we could be proud of. Justin has relevant experience in lending and corporate finance; Jim has extensive business operations experience and financial backing. We created Rock Creek Finance with the idea to help our customers get what they want by providing simple and effective financial solutions.
